Standard Bundled Units (SBUs) Weighted Average Price – Storage Year 2012/13
In accordance with paragraph 11 of the undertakings given to the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry Centrica Storage is required to publish the weighted average price of capacity sold for each storage year.
CSL announced on 22nd November 2011 that all SBUs for the storage year commencing 1st May 2012 had been sold.
The average price paid for 2012/13 storage year SBUs is 33.86p/SBU.
The above is the volume weighted average price of SBUs sold for the 2012/13 storage year (commencing 1st May 2012), comprising sales on both a fixed price and indexed basis, all indexed sales have been fully priced in and become fixed.
CSL also confirms that 26.49 % of the Minimum Rough Capacity has been sold on a Day Ahead basis.
The volume weighted average price of all SBUs for 2011/12 storage year was 25.24 p/SBU.
