Force Majeure Update on 05 June 2006
Following the incident at the Rough facility on 16 February 2006 Centrica Storage Limited (CSL) is making regular announcements to our Customers and Market Participants as to the status of the Rough Facility.
We confirm that all mechanical repair work has been completed, and the re-pressurisation of the Rough facilities has now commenced, in line with the schedule detailed in our announcement of 2 June. Our estimate for the completion of re-pressurisation, testing and commissioning also remains as set out in the announcement dated 2 June.
CSL's declaration of Force Majeure within Clause 18.1 of the Storage Services Contract remains in full force and effect.
