We store natural gas for energy producers, energy users, traders and suppliers, giving them the flexibility to meet peak demand and obtain the best price. Our services are supported by the Rough gas storage facility and we plan to add additional storage capacity.
We have two key priorities: To provide a flexible and reliable service to our customers and to maintain the highest possible health, safety and environmental standards in our operations, offshore and onshore.
We offer a wide range of products with different flexibility and allocation options. Granting you the customer more choice in the storage products you can purchase from Centrica Storage Ltd. Full details of the services are included in Products and Services.
We provide services to our customers 24/7, 365 days a year, and have a fully manned support desk.
StorIT, our secure online customer services system, allows our customers to manage their gas storage easily and effectively.
These services are split into standard products and non Standard products. All storage products are allocated on a non-discriminatory and transparent basis, with each product governed by its own supporting contract.
Standard Products
Our Standard Products are sold from the technical characteristics from the Rough storage facility. These services are supported by the Storage Services Contract (SSC). These services are available upon request with indicative prices. CSL will inform the market via a News Bulletin when Standard Products have been fully allocated.

Non Standard Products
Our non Standard Products are sold outside of the technical capacity from the Rough storage facility. These services currently include our V Store and 30 Day Service. For each new non Standard Product CSL will inform the market of the product; consult all market participants on the relevant contract and service offering and include details of the sales process.
