Storage Services Contract (SSC)
Our terms and conditions are set out in the Storage Services Contract (SSC). This standard contract can only be varied with the agreement of Ofgem following consultation with all market participants, so all customers can be sure they are receiving the same terms. Therefore the SSC is non negotiable.
Credit Agreement and Terms
All customers must also sign our standard Credit Agreement. Signing the SSC and the Credit Agreement does not commit customers to any costs. Costs are only incurred when a customer commits to firm capacity or begins to inject or buy gas in store.

The terms and conditions for using V Store are set out in the V Store Contract. Anyone wishing to purchase V Store will be required to sign this contract.
The terms and conditions for purchasing I Store are set out in the I Store contract. Any customers wishing to purchase I Store will be required to sign this contract. The quantity of injection, withdrawal and space a customer may purchase is subject to bilateral negotiations and will be defined within an I Store confirmation which is included in the I Store contract.
30 Day Storage
The terms and conditions for purchasing 30 Day Storage are set out in the 30 Day Storage contract.
New Customer Application
To purchase storage capacity and to obtain access to StorIT, customers will also need to complete the New Customer Application form.
